I was in the kitchen and heard a giggling sound from our study room. "Mommy, this is funny," said my eldest son. He was reading my blob; my very first reader.

I was thinking about what to write today. He suggested I write more about my weight loss diet. So, following is the list of foods I have for lunch and dinner.

1. Baked fish with extra virgin olive oil and 1/4 tsp Morton Lite salt.
2. Microwaved broccoli with extra virgin olive oil.

3. Stir-fly cabbage with extra virgin olive oil and 1/4 tsp of Morton Lite salt.

One orange between meals twice daily. I also have 1 protein bar and 1 protein drink. Don't forget the 64+ oz. water.
