Update

I have been very busy lately with a full swing home schooling with my children. I am getting more experience on home schooling two children at a time. Next school year, I will have 3 on hand. I am starting to try to work out the schedule in my head. I should have more concrete idea when time is closer by.

Ok! Now let me update my weight lost progress. I have lost more than 10 lbs on January. It seems that I will lost another 3-5 lbs by end of this week. My goal is 30 lbs less weight around early March.

These few weeks, I found out many things regarding weight lost.
1. Don't over drink water. I tend to drink more water than daily required.
2. Green Leave vegetables will smooth the bowl movement.
3. Don't eat more than 2 times of 3 egg serving. Cholesterol will be too high if you have cholesterol problem.
