An Interesting weight gain during a day

When I weighted myself in the morning, I have been losing 0.5 lb constantly for a few days. However, I was always at about the same weight or more every afternoon when I stood on the scale. I don't know what to think yet. Am I losing weight or am I gaining weight?

Anyway, according to my scale, I am not over weight as today. That makes me feel young and sexy. What will I look like in the summer?

1 more lb less.

I lost 1 more lb since this past Friday. That is, I lost 7 lbs total since 1/1/08. I start to feel good and comfortable about myself. I also change my target weight to be 125 or 128 lbs. I hope I can wear those beautiful, sexy, and cute clothes again this summer.

Start losing weight again. :)

After 7 days, my weight started to show different number last night. When I weigh in this afternoon, I lost 1.5 lbs. I felt happy, senselessly happy. I alter my diet a little bit. Instead of eating broccolis all the time, I started the green-leaves vegetables. I also started my fitness classes this week, too. I want to see the number rolling constantly from now on, I wish.

Stay at the same weight!

I had a weigh-in on Monday. I didn't drop any weight since last Thursday. Will my weight change at tomorrow's weigh-in? Pray for me if you can. I am somewhat discouraged.

2nd Weigh-In

I had the 2nd weigh-in yesterday, Saturday. I gained 0.5 lb since 1/3.

Friday , 1/5, was the starting day of my actual diet plan. Other than protein and green vegetables, I can now have 2 slices of 40-cal breads per day.

First day was difficult for me. I had to exercise the measuring skills I was not very good at. I also had to estimate the size/portion of food before I cook. This was the negative time for today. However, something told me that I was learning to see how much food I ate for that meal.

I felt hungry on Friday night. But last night, I felt fine. So far, I agreed with the approaches the QWLC exercised on me.

I have a very strong feeling that I will be successful in getting slim again after having 3 children.

There is one added bonus I'd like to add. Since my lost 5 lbs, my knees which had been hurting since 9/2007 have been functioning normal again.

Weigh-In

I have lost 5 lbs since 1/1/08. Unbelievable! I don't feel 5 lbs. lighter or slimmer anywhere on my body at all. Interesting!

I was in the kitchen and heard a giggling sound from our study room. "Mommy, this is funny," said my eldest son. He was reading my blob; my very first reader.

I was thinking about what to write today. He suggested I write more about my weight loss diet. So, following is the list of foods I have for lunch and dinner.

1. Baked fish with extra virgin olive oil and 1/4 tsp Morton Lite salt.
2. Microwaved broccoli with extra virgin olive oil.

3. Stir-fly cabbage with extra virgin olive oil and 1/4 tsp of Morton Lite salt.

One orange between meals twice daily. I also have 1 protein bar and 1 protein drink. Don't forget the 64+ oz. water.

Look at Me, Mommy!

"Look at me, Mommy!" said my 4-year-old son, "I am a penguin." He is so cute. My heart swells with the love only a mother can feel. He is my 3rd child. :)

"Look at me, Mommy!" Here comes my 6-year-old daughter. She is the very cute image of a McLendon. I think I will send her to Scotland one day to learn whatever dances she likes. Of course, I will have to approve them

Before Christmas, I told my husband. "Look at me, Daddy. I hate this image of me! I don't like this big butt of mine. I don't want to see anyone. I am fat!"

"Yes, mommy, you are fat but just a little, not too much," replied my daughter. I thought I was talking to my husband! Well, doesn't marriage life with children work somewhat like this?

So, I am on my first day of a weight loss diet; two eggs with a multi-vitamin and water for breakfast.

I intend to let my husband's love for me help me make it through to my 30 lb goal.

I'll be back tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
