School Materials Settled

After three weeks of schooling, I think this is the final settlement for the materials we are using for this coming school year(s).

I like M.E.P. Math very much. However, it took too much 1:1 effort which I lack time for. I got really frustrated and finally decided to stop using it at least for the near future or possibly for good.

This is the case that the best sometimes just not the right one. Well! I think I can gradually return to my sanity self. At least, won't look like a mad woman for too long! :>

Finally Home Alone!

Just sent the whole family except me out of the door. This is the very night that I have me to all myself.

I had to pull my 9 year-old son's tooth to have him practiced violin this evening. This was his first time practicing violin at home after his first violin class yesterday. He was actually playing pretty good for a beginner. I think he will love it after he master the skill to do so.

I look forward to the day that our whole family can play music together, a small symphony. :>

My brain is working like crazy!

From the very first moment I woke up this morning, I have not a moment of brain-free time. Schooling with 3 children by myself is really taking all my brain power which I thought I lost after I got birth of them. I did try to squeeze in a moment or two for feeling guilty of not able to exercise.

Wait until my schooling schedule settle down then I will figure out when I can do so.

Since I cannot find time to exercise, I put my focus on my diet. Protein! Less Carb!
I do add in some sweets here or there.

Golf Lessons

You really need to watch my 5 year-old boy playing golf. The way he prepared his posture before hitting the golf ball was really a treat to see; a little tiny man with a scale-down golf club in his hands.

Hid grip of club was firm. He hit the balls straight and high. You can really tell the athletic talents in him. I think I will be in many sports' fields with him for many years in my life. :)

Thank you god for giving me this precious little cutie.

A New School Year

Sometimes last year after we moved into our current house, my then 5-year-old daughter asked me, "Mommy, may I have this broom?" "Why? Yes, honey. You may have it." She proudly held the broom to herself and out she went. Shortly, she came into the kitchen and said,"Mommy, come on, let's go." "What? let's go? Where are we going?" I asked. She said "Outside! You need to teach me how to fly."

My sweet memory!

------------

Ok, I reached my goal weight 126 lbs on April this year. I allow myself to eat more freely now. My self-confidence has been improving. I was very happy for a few months. Now, I am getting tired of my baby tummy, thight, and butts. I want at least 1 more size down.
